The School
Welcome to the site for where the Hoyland Common Primary School (HCPS) and the Friends of Hoyland Lowe Stand report their joint ventures. This sub-site of the Lowe Stand site is to highlight the liaison between Hoyland Common Primary School and the Friends of Hoyland Lowe Stand. Now showing here is the NEW 2010 competition poster - awaiting your entries! Also showing is the 2009 Art and Poetry competition entrants and winners with more to follow! The competition was split into 3 sections, essays/poems, picture & poem and just pictures. All the entries were created by Y2 children (now Y3 from September 2009). See the winners of the 3 sections by clicking each link in turn either on the right or via the menu at the top. The school and winners will be contacted shortly to arrange the presentation of a samll prize for the 3 winners. The overall standard of the entries was excellent and there are some very worthy efforts - well done to all who entered. Hopefully we will report on many school activities and functions that relate to the stand. Keep checking back to see what is happening! |
